UNI EMOTION app for iPhone and iPad

UNI EMOTION is an application that supports employees, leaders and organizations in the development of emotional intelligence.

Employees access an options menu where they can report their emotions anonymously to HR, in addition to finding a library of emotions, a quizz (if you dont know what youre feeling) and a history, in which you can consult the emotions that you reported.

Leaders and HR gain access to an anonymous real time map that shows how people on their teams are feeling as a group and provides possibilities for action to take care of each emotion, according to the intensity. In addition, UNI EMOTION creates a timeline, which brings relevant data that can assist in decision-making by leaders and the organization.
